The Contest module allows your site to host random games of chance, “Sweepstakes”. Users can enter to win prizes via a random drawing.

Example uses for the Contest module include:

• A theater or museum has a contest to give away tickets to encourage online users to join.
• A club hosting a sweepstakes for it's members.
• An advertiser sponsor's a contest that a news/publishing/media company hosts in exchange for the entrant list.
• A website host's contests to entice members to visit the site regularly.

The Contest module provides an easy way to join the website and enter the contest at the same time. Members with complete profiles can just click the “Enter Contest” button.

Features

This module provides integration between Drupal and Memcached with the following features:

• An API for using Memcached and the PECL Memcache or Memcached libraries with Drupal.
• Memcache backends for the following systems (all drop-in):
• Caching (memcache.inc)
• Locking (memcache-lock.inc)
• Sessions (memcache-session.inc) (D6 only)
• A module that provides a comprehensive administrative overview of Drupal's interaction with Memcached and stats.
• A set of tests that can be run to test your memcache setup.

Provides a theme-independent administration interface (aka. navigation, back-end). It's a helper for novice users coming from other CMS, a time-saver for site administrators, and useful for developers and site builders.

Administrative links are displayed in a CSS/JS-based menu at the top on all pages of your site. It not only contains regular menu items — tasks and actions are also included, enabling fast access to any administrative resource your Drupal site provides.

Labels Forms with their form_id and provides developers with a dump of the corresponding form array.

A standardized solution for building API's so that external clients can communicate with Drupal. Out of the box it aims to support anything Drupal Core supports and provides a code level API for other modules to expose their features and functionality via HTTP. It provide Drupal plugins that allow others to create their own authentication mechanisms, request formats, and response formats.

This module provides fairly minimal functionality for maintaining a membership list.

Users with serious need should look at CiviCRM instead.

This module will not have a direct upgrade path to 6.x from 5.x. I am attempting to re-implement it based on Features module + CCK and Views.

SWF Tools development is back on

Good news! SWF Tools development is going to get started again! Sorry it's been a while since any issues got fixed, and that there's not a SWF Tools 7 (yet!). I can't promise any dates yet, but it will happen. Read a bit more here.

SWF Tools allows you to easily embed flash content and media players on your pages. The whole concept of SWF Tools is to let you focus on displaying media on your site, but without having to write code to enable it.

Blix is a port of the WordPress template by the same name. It was originally created by Sebastian Schmieg

The port was done by the guys at GoodBasic, and requires the PHPTemplate theme engine.

This is a theme I created based on bradlis7.com.

It contains three color variations Blue, Green & Brown

To change theme colors, edit style.css in the theme folder, the theme in base.css is for basic styles, and a few colors that are good for all light bg, dark text theme (if you change this you may need to override them in either style.css or base.css).
