Overview

The Apply for Role module allows users to apply for roles and allows role administrators to approve or deny the role applications.

This module displays events occurring on this day in history. For example, if today was January 6th the birth of Joan of Arc (born January 6, 1412) might be displayed.

This Day in History module adds the node type: Historical event, and supports the Node import module for importing historical events. User created historical events are displayed in blocks. Any number of blocks can be created, and the events displayed can be selected by a number of different criteria, including randomly. If no event exists for the current day, no block is displayed.

SOAP Server provides an interface for the Services module to communicate with SOAP clients.

The module is in use on some production sites but no attention has been paid to security. DO NOT USE ON A PRODUCTION SITE UNLESS YOU KNOW HOW TO SECURE WEB SERVICES.

The Quick Tabs module allows you to create blocks of tabbed content, specifically views, blocks, nodes* and other quicktabs*. You can create a block on your site containing multiple tabs with corresponding content. Clicking on the tabs makes the corresponding content display instantly, using jQuery. With the 6.x-2.x branch, this can be done in either ajax or non-ajax mode:

This module provides an implementation of the Version Control API that makes it possible to use the Git version control system. It can retrieve commit information by parsing commit logs.

The Git backend depends on the Version Control API module. It also requires Git >=1.7.2 to be installed on the server.

External Links Filter (ELF) is an input filter that adds small icons to external and mailto links, informing users the link will take them to a new site or open their email client. It also includes the ability of adding "rel=nofollow" to links as well. Wikipedia is a well-known example of this technique.

The Constant Contact module integrates features from the Constant Contact REST API into your Drupal site. For it to be functional, you need a Constant Contact account. You may sign up for a 60-day free trial account.

You can add newsletter subscribe options to your Drupal user registration page plus add multiple custom signup forms and place them on any page or sidebar of your website using Drupal blocks.

This module provides integration with MailChimp, a popular email delivery service. The module makes it easy for website users or visitors to control which of your email lists they want to be on (or off), lets you generate and send MailChimp email campaigns from your site, and lets you and your users view a history of emails they have been sent from MailChimp. More generally, it aspires to makes your email delivery world efficient and to make your user's email receipt and control simple and precise.
