Drowl is, perhaps, a really annoying module.
It's a drush command, which passes notices and warnings from a command run by drush to growl.
This may drive you nuts. It can be useful for keeping an eye on long-running processes, however.
This module provides permissions to view user profiles depending on what
roles the profile requested to be viewed has.
Note that in Drupal 6, roles have no machine names, so if you change the
role name of a role, you will have to reassign these permissions.
The purpose of this module is to assign one user a specific node and give
permissions to edit it even though he has no global permissions for it.
There are great modules like workbench_access and other out there, but they were to complex for my needs.
The way this works is the following:
User A has rights to edit node X.
User B has NO rights to edit node X.
You don't need this module unless another module requires you to install it, or you wish to use it for your own custom modules.

Changes several interfaces in Open Atrium to work with the RealName module. This is especially helpful in situations where users authenticate against an external system, so their login name (say a CAS or LDAP name) is not their real name.

The VoIP Voice module enables users to personalize phone interactions with Drupal sites by adding their own voices to VoIP Drupal scripts.
Among other features, VoIP Voice facilitates
a) the translation of existing audio prompts to other languages, and
b) the creation of voice-over recordings that replace computer-generated voices with prompts that are more personal and that reflect local accents and dialects.
You should give this module a try. It's really fun!
