This module extends the Tripal Analysis Module and provides a method for loading of KEGG ortholog assignments derived from the KEGG Automated Annotation Server (KAAS). The module reads the compressed .heir file or alternatively an expanded heir directory. KEGG assignments appear on each feature page, and a full KEGG report is available for browsing results once uploaded.

This module extends the Tripal Analysis Module and provides visualization of Unigenes derived from ESTs. Currently, a web-based loader is not available, however, once a unigene is loaded into Chado, this module will provide listings of available Unigenes constructed for each organism and link features to their respective Unigenes.

Purposes of fork:

• Solid set of common API functions to wrap PHP imap functions.
• Remove use the database to store information (Disadvantage: no more sorting, but sorting is a bit odd for email anyway).

This tiny module will redirect comment permalink to their corresponding node paths.

For an example,
Imagine there are 3 comments for the node with ID 123. The node URL would be http://example.com/node/123.
If there are 3 comments to the node(with comment IDs 145, 156 and 175), they will have URLs like http://example.com/comment/145 , http://example.com/comment/156 and http://example.com/comment/175.

This simple module allows other modules to display and handle there
postinstall settings forms immediately after they are installed.

ExtJs Chart

CTools Automodal Admin Interface module provides admin interface for CTools Automodal module (http://drupal.org/project/ctools_automodal).
On the module settings page you can choose what content types node forms should be processed in modal popup.

Or you can input menu paths to "Extra modal links" field (like "node/%node/edit"). Such paths will be processed in modal popup too. One path should take one line.

Add the jquery_marquee.js to any page or to specific path.
Works with node's content / Blocks / views + token.

This module can produce the same vertical scrolling effect provided by views ticker

It differs from this module in the fact that Views ticker vertical scrolling effect need to display multiple node's fields, this one works with one or more nodes.

Installation:

This module allows to configure some Google conversion code to apply on forms.
Currently, only webforms are compatible with this module.

An administrative part allows user with compatible permission to manage all conversion code and form associated.

The Google conversion codes are used when click event occurs on the submit button of webform.

This module use the Webform module.
