In drupal 7 message_notify module will be used for notifications sending to users. This module blocks the context menu to pop up for instance in order to prevent the user from downloading images. But you can also use it on various other elements. Its possible to enter a configurable message that pops up whenever the user tries to open the context menu.

You should not use this module unless your client demands you to. Try to convince him not to want this feature. This is an anti-feature!
