Adds ajax processing of simple subscription form submission. Fixes issue with displaying error message if mail field is empty on request submission.
This integrates Opening hours with Organic Groups.
Basically it provides an og permission 'edit opening hours for content' so that opening hours are available in the group context.
Module has barely been tested, please file an issue report if you encounter any problems.

This module provides integration with Nimble CRM. Each time someone submits a contact form response on your website, a new Contact will be added to your Nimble CRM account. It has integration with the core Contact module and Webform module.
Dynamic mode selection makes the bundle of listed entities match the bundle of field_instance. So when the user is creating a content of type "page", the field will list only contents of the same type.
NOTE: Dynamic Bundle filter will be applied only for entities that match 'entity type' with 'target type' configured in the field. Otherwise, all entities are listed.
