Set of modules for working with university of illinois ipay. Modules include
- php api for ipay (for use in any php applications including joomla which ncsa uses)

This is only an attempt to port Webform Confirm Email Address module to Drupal 7.
Webform Confirm Email Address module has a release for Drupal 7.
