This module has been merged with its evil doppelgänger, http://drupal.org/project/masked_input.

How to upgrade:
  1. Replace the current module with http://drupal.org/project/masked_input.
  2. Copy + pasta "maskedinput" to "masked_input" anywhere in your code (including exported variables, but not in anything that references the jQuery library, since that does not contain the underscore)
  3. Run update.php and flush caches (for good measure :)
