Maestro Bonus Pack

Some extra features to maestro what can't fit into the core project.
Features at the moment:

• maestro_user module: user-specific ways to set variables
• maestro_join_workflow: ability to get info via variables from another process
• maestro_rules: rules integration to be able to kick workflows in really any ways (after node insert, etc)
