Ubercat Product Quote Fixes

The original project is still very, very beta. This sandbox project is built around the patch in #1182786: Getting it all working in order to allow some collaboration while waiting on information about the status of the original.

From the original description:

The Ubercart Product Quote module allows store administrators to specify which shipping methods/services to enable on a per product and product class basis.

Installation
Install as usual, see http://drupal.org/node/70151 for further information.
If necessary, apply any patches needed for compatibility with any shipping quote modules you are using. See the compatibility section below.

Like the original, this module does not work out of the box with any of the shipping modules. Unlike the original though, instead of being patched for complete integration, the shipping modules themselves must simply be patched to provide a hook that allows the quotes to be filtered by any module. In the shipping_patches sub-folder there are patches for UPS, USPS, Fedex, and Canada Post.

Submission of these patches to the appropriate issue queues is waiting on these changes making it into the main module, however if anyone wants to submit them any, go right ahead.

Patching other shipping modules should be fairly simple, and if you do, please submit your patch for inclusion here.
