Metatag Migrate module is created to help move your durpal 6.x site's Nodewords data to it's successor Meta tags for drupal 7.x. It is created as a sub module to be used then uninstalled once the data has been moved.
Currently there is no upgrade path between Nodewords, as the Meta tags does not have a stable release. The goal is to create this for the early adopters of drupal 7.x and that it will be incorporated into Meta tags when the time comes.
