This module creates a "per-language" textarea that supports wysiwig.
Then the module will display the "correct" textarea depending on the activated language.
Simple module, easy to use.
Just activate it, and a "Add multilungual box" will be added to your "blocks" page.
Requires the Boxes module.
Requires the Ctools module.
It supports block--delta.tpl.php files.
