Registration Views Support

This module exposes 2 new fields (capacity, available and occupied) to views for the Registration module

The fields support filtering and ordering.

There's a demo view included, available at /registration-numbers

Warning: This module is only tested on mysql, no idea if it will work on other databases.

Warning: This code is not compatible with the latest release of registration, since there's a namespace collision, see #1488604: Add additional views fields, the goal is to add these fields to registration as well!

Long term goal: merge with the registration module.
