Overview

This module creates two blocks: one for the Menu system's main (primary) links, and the other for secondary links, as defined in the menu settings (admin/structure/menu/settings).

Another menu block module? Why?

I created this module for simplicity's sake. With enough work, you may find a way to use the Menu Block module to create a Primary Links and Secondary Links block, but because that module offers so many options, I could not find an obvious way to do that (particularly the secondary links).

This module provides an alternative to Menu Block for this very simple use case. Once you install this module, the two blocks are available to place wherever you would like on your page.

Requirements

The only dependency is on the core Block module (but you will probably have that enabled anyway). There are no dependencies on other contributed modules. However, for this module to be useful, you must specify a source for your main links and secondary links in your menu settings (admin/structure/menu/settings).

With this module enabled, two blocks will be available. The "Primary Links" block will contain the links from your Main Links source, and the "Secondary Links" block will contain the links from your Secondary Links source.
