This module extends the basic Book module with the following functions:
- Display teasers over titles in book outlines in book nodes pages, and remove the previous-next links
- Adds an option to display the teaser (or nothing) in the book outline node page
- Creates a new block menu and adds an option to display or not the book node menu link in block menu
The module needs to be optimized, especially on the menu create function.
