Ubercart Additional Charges

Many a times, while building Drupal+Ubercart e-commerce sites, we ran into the need for adding additional per-item and per-order charges. While we looked into existing modules like Ubercart Fee, it wasn't as flexible we needed it to be and for Drupal 7, we had to develop our own. Then we got to the point of adding some additional functionalities that everyone in Drupal community can benefit from:

- Per-item, single additional charge support
- Per-order, multiple additional charges support
- Full ubercart shopping cart flow integration
- Full admin support

At that point, adding this new module made sense and here it is.
