Remove "Promoted to Front Page" and "Sticky at top of lists" from node publishing options.
It irritated me for some time that there was no simple way to do this so, I made this very, very lightweight module that simply removes the options from all forms.
I know it's something of a blunt tool but it works for me for now and it may work for you.
To do:
- Make forms selectable via admin section
- Allow options in forms
