Includer is a small modules that helps administrators include custom HTML in every page load with having to edit theme files.
Under heavy development
Note that if this module is installed, anyone with administer site permission can enter potentially unsafe (XSS) code into every page load!
It currently only supports HTML (in <head> and at bottom of page).
