Revisions scheduler

Fork of Scheduler module.
Main difference is ability to schedule to publish/unpublish certain revision of node.
I.e. you could have current version of visible node, and unpublished draft, module will allows you to set time when to publish draft and set it as current/visible.
Also could be useful for you revisioning_scheduler sub-module of Revisioning module.
Difference with revisioning_scheduler is ability to set unpublish date for revision, and operate with initial version of node (as Scheduler operate, and revisioning_scheduler is not).

Current version considered as worked, but project for now is not promoted to full, as actuality of that kind of module is unknown.
