This module is now included in the ERPAL for Service Providers Distribution
This module shows reports from CRM activity and from sales activity. You can install it in the ERPAL Business Management distribution. It includes the following reports:
- Sales report
- Sales forecast
- Lead reporting
- Active customer report
- Sales planning / forecasting
With the submodule erpal_customer_rating you can make ERPAL rate your customers by A,B,C categories related to their sales volume. Just enable it and let the cron job do its magic.
We recommend using the elysia cron module to get control about the single cron tasks and their execution time.
