Unveil

The module implements the lightweight lazy load plugin called unveil.js

To install

Download the module, and the unveil js library from the git repository here: https://github.com/luis-almeida/unveil/tree/v3. The unveil js libarary should be located at sites/all/liibraries/unveil.

Please use V3 tag of the unveil javascript (from github) as master is broken

To enable

To enable unveil check admin/config/development/performance, where a checkbox for enabling unveil.js is available under bandwidth options. This will enable unveil for all images on your site, which can be disabled by adding exclude_unveil to the image settings using preprocess.

Drupal 8

The module now has a Drupal 8 version, which is in dev. I recently updated and tested this, and it works with 8.0.1, although it still lacks in some functionality like the exclusion.
