Component body
Adds a view mode that can be used as a table of contents. Also includes input filter that will generate unique targets for the table of contents.
Both can be used independently and on any node type.
I realize there are lots (lots) of table of contents module, however this one provides what I feel is a better design. It can work with any entity and does not rely on javascript.
