This is a modified version of References dialog that allowed us to use it on multilingual sites.
Basically, for a translatable content type:
1) Adds the 'Add translation' link, only displayed when a translation of the referenced node does not exist.
2) Updates the 'Edit' link to only be displayed when a translation exists.
Only implemented for Entity References and Entity Translation.
The code is experimental. This will never be a full project, but patches are welcome.
