Context Hide Toolbar

Creates a context reaction to hide the admin toolbar.

This module doesn't not simply provide an admin interface for toggling the toolbar and it doesn't disable it outright. Instead it allows you to use any number of context conditions to assert whether the toolbar should appear or not.
