The Address Empty module fixes a potential problem with the Address Field module, that if a Country has been selected as the default, an address is created even if no other information is entered.
This module defines an address as empty if only the Country is set.
This module will become redundant once this issue is resolved:

The issue above tries to solve a lot of different user cases, where as this module solves only one specific user case.
