Standalone drush utilities.
Orphaned module cleanup utility for drush called cleanup_tool

Installation instructions:

git clone --branch 7.x-1.x git.drupal.org:sandbox/joseph.olstad/2430429.git cleanup_tool
cd cleanup_tool

place the module cleanup_tool in your sites/all/modules folder
enable the module
drush en cleanup_tool

then refresh your drush cache
drush cache-clear drush

USAGE:

drush en cleanup_tool -y;
drush cc drush;
drush cu-check;
drush cu-clean all --update_option=all -y;
drush dis cleanup_tool -y;
drush pm-uninstall cleanup_tool -y;
drush pml | grep cleanup_tool;
