Overview
The undisposable module integrates an external service to check email addresses during user registration for disposable email adresses. User registration with such an email address is rejected and the user is informed about using another one.
Installation
This module requires that you create an account with the external service. After installing and activating this module, you need to enter the API key provided during registration. The following steps outline the installation in more detail:
- Create an account with the external service. Don't forget to confirm your account as described in the email you receive after registration.
- Download and install this module.
- Activate this module in the list of modules.
- Visit the administration page of this module and set your API key.
- Check that user registration of your site is still working by creating accounts with a valid and a disposable email address.
Current state of module
The previously used external service stopped working. Currently, a new version is developed integrating with a new service. A version for Drupal 6 is developed first, followed by a version for Drupal 7. A version for Drupal 5 won't be provided.
