phpFreeChat integration (proposal for v2)

This is a proposal for the next major version of the phpFreeChat module.

At the moment there isn't the need to upgrade the phpFreeChat module.
But for future reference and to try new things, this module is stored as a sandbox project.

A list of changes in this version:

• Easy setup of the phpFreeChat software by using Libraries
• Simplified UX for new administrators
• Support for JS (fast ajax callbacks)
• When using the file system for chatlogs, it will use private file system.
• Possibility to alter settings per node or global.
• No use of external non-drupalish php files.
• Chatbox as a field (view modes support)
