Webex Integration via XML

Cisco WebEx is a tool that provides on-demand collaboration, online meeting, web conferencing and videoconferencing functionality.

The module enables us to create a WebEx meeting through the website.

REQUIREMENTS
---------------

This module requires the following modules to be pre-installed:
* Date API
* Date Popup

INSTALLATION
---------------

* Install all the pre-requisite modules.
* Continue installing as usual. (View: http://drupal.org/node/895232 for further information)

CONFIGURATION
----------------

* Configure the WebEx API settings in admin/config/user-interface/webexapi
* Please enter the below details in the WebExApi settings page.

- WebEx API URL
Please provide the WebEx API URL.
- WebEx ID
Please provide the WebEx ID.
- WebEx Authentication Password
Please provide the password of your WebEx account.
- WebEx Site ID
Please provide the Site ID. This will be generated by WebEx once you register for
an account.
- WebEx Partner ID*
Please provide the Partner ID.This will be generated by WebEx once you register
for an account.
- WebEx Email
Please provide the e-mail address that you used to register with WebEx.

REGISTERING WITH WEBEX

* You must have a account with WebEx to use this module, as it requires API credentials specific to their services
* If you need to register for an account, please visit:
http://www.webex.com
* Once you have created the WebEx account, you can find the API details.

STEPS
---------------------------------

In the WebEx configuration page, choose the content type (The selected content type will contain the fields for meeting creation). On clicking the 'Submit' button, you will be able to see the meeting date and add attendee options.

Meeting Date
- WebEx Meeting date

Attendees
- We can add the attendee's email addresses in this field. WebEx meeting information will be sent to these addresses.
