Language Negotiator Content Entity (All Routes)

The Language Negotiator Content Entity (All Routes) module is basically almost the same as the new language negotiator "Content Entity" in D8. The core one language negotiator however has one limitation - it applies only when being on a content entity route and then only for the outgoing routes for this content entity. But there are use cases where one might always want that this negotiator applies. This is where the "Language Negotiator Content Entity (All Routes) " provided by this module comes is usage. A simple use case is the "Content" view for node entities, where the urls for the node entities in different language will have the language prefix in the url and will switch the interface language, but by using the negotiator from this module the urls will not have the language prefix but still point to the right entity translation.
