When content presents hardcoded paths of files migrated to Amazon S3, they would 404 at the localhost. With this module, they will instead be retrieved from s3.
How to Use
You've already enabled S3 File System (s3fs), and maybe you've even implemented s3fs_migrate to move your local server hard drive files out to to Amazon S3. But then you discovered that all your hardcoded paths in content include "sites/default/files" (or whatever your public file path is) and are kicking yourself on how to clean it all up.. kick no more! Simply download and enable this module, and let Drupal work for You!
Retroactive Clean-Up of Migrated Files' Paths
This module does not do any retroactive cleanup -- just keeps things going.
Based on methodology of the terrifically awesome, fantastically wonderful, stupendously simple module stage_file_proxy, this simple module adds on to s3fs to help find files whose paths are hardcoded into html beginning with sites/default/files.
