A D8 port for the excellent shortcode module.
Searched around for a D8 version but couldn't find one, so decided to test my understanding of Drupal 8 plugins.
The module consists of a Filter plugin, a ShortcodePluginManager, and an example Shortcode plugin. Will continue to port the rest of the shortcodes over bit by bit!
