PDF Forms

This module provides a full EntityAPI compliant system for populating PDF forms with values, and exporting the completed PDF form as a completed, non-editable PDF. The initial work on the module was done by @cmcintosh, followed by @skeeve. It differs from the FillPDF module in a number of important ways:


1) Each PDF Form is a bundle of PDF_Form - therefore they can be accessed using anything which integrates with the EntityAPI


2) Each PDF Submission (a instance of a completed PDF form) is an entity - therefore a record is kept of the data used to create a populated PDF form, and if necessary the data can be manually changed.


3) Supports the usage of any token out-of-the-box as the source of the data used to create a PDF submission, and multiple entities can be used as the source of the data.


4) Supports other field types other than text (i.e. radio box, select box, etc...)
