Printable Backtrace (pbt)

Remember the Printable Backtrace feature of Commerce Devel? After it was removed from that project, here is a resurrection.

Bonus: This intergates with my Rules Tweaks: Debug module. So if there are rules invocations in the backtrace, they are shown too.

The configuration variables pbt_enable and pbt_max_string_length currently can only be changed via drush. I'll accept patches for a settings page though.

If you want to only use this sporadically, you can also activate backtraces with a pbt query sting like www.example.com/foo/path?pbt=1.
