This module Allow you to add Parallax effects for panels regions backgrounds, the module will add new style 
to all panel regions.
Requirements
This module uses the Simple Parallax plugin.
Installation
- Download the Parallax library from https://github.com/pixelcog/parallax.js/archive/master.zip
- Extract folder and rename to parallax.
- Put the folder in a libraries directory.
