Active menu

This is a simple module to allow menu items to be enabled, yet not active (thus there is no link provided by them, yet they can be a parent). This only has the use case for something like Quickbar, Admin or Admin_menu.

Unfortunately this work was for naught; this is already established elsewhere. See Special Menu items. I am not a huge fan of the way that was done though, I like Menu Item Container's approach better.

I had it working in one of my themes, though was working on the other and looking for on online version of the source to link to when I found an issue in that theme pointing to the first of the above modules; on reading through various issues there, I found the second.
