Tips is an agnostic tooltip framework which allows management of tooltip settings & content via a UI. Tips allows placement of tooltips on any page element. The framework aims to allow for easy implementation of 3rd party tooltip libraries. Integrating an external library is as simple as defining it in the Tips info hook and listing out each setting variable as a form element.

This module provides "Add content" and "Devel" menu items for Mobile Friendly Navigation Toolbar (navbar).

• "Add content" part was created as a solution for the issue "Provide users with an easy-to-access action to create content from the toolbar".
• "Devel" part was created as a solution for the issue "Add Development Menu" and based on the Sandbox project by el7cosmos.

The module works very much like Environment Indicator module (2nd version) with a minimal approach. It requires Drupal core's Toolbar or Admin menu (for Drupal 7 only) module and changes the color of the Toolbar as you like.

It is a simple module that does one thing; to color the Toolbar. It has no configurable user interface. All you need to do is place a line in settings.php such as,
