The Translate nodes module provides an easy way for teams of translators and
supervisors to devide work and utilize Google translate service as a helper.
The UI is helpful for translating as you can see the source field on the left
and destination field on the right, and you can even switch the source language
for some other available translation language.
The Navbar region module adds a region to the Mobile Friendly Navigation Toolbar (navbar) module, allowing the placement of any blocks into the Navbar, much like the functionality of the Admin module.
Allows administrators to configure arbitrary rules in which to score the "badness" or "goodness" of comments on the site.
The more positive the number, the more negativity points it has. It is typically easier to find negative modifiers than it is positive.
This module allows site administrators to better manage their product stock by having the site record all changes in product stock, both decrements (usually from user orders) and increments (usually from restocks).
A stock change log is provided under the Administration > Store > Reports section to view the changes in product stock over time on a global or per-product basis.
The User Profile Override module allows site administrators to define which user additional field is visible and editable on user edit form by selecting checkboxes in user field edit form.
Site administrators can grant view or edit permissions to each system role.
When developing a Drupal site for our clients, we found it helpful to create a help content type where we could write instructions on how to do things specific to the given site. This module takes that concept and turns it into something you can drop into any site. This module does the following things:
Views Role Based Global Text

This module provides the feature to show the content of Global:Text area field
in views to selected roles.
For example when a user uses the Global:Text area
field in header / footer in views, and wants to show this message to only selected
users, then he can select the roles to which this message is to show.
How to Use

This module provides a way to export the text and translations of the content in a Drupal website.
This module is build to facilitate the translations of content by exporting it to documents, containing both the original content as the translated content (if existing).
This way content editors can review the content and create translations.
RDBANNER Module provides facility to the admin to create multiple slider for a page. With RDBANNER admin can assign multiple slider on the page according to regions. Admin can choose & put different slider on different pages.
For connecting with external repository services such as github or bitbucket in order to obtain update status information for custom work. Currently only supports GitHub.
By default ERUS will pick up any module that uses the project status url option in the .info file of the module or feature.
