Who this module is for:

In certain cases you will get spammers who have an actual person who repeatedly comes back and creates new accounts. This module blocks their ability to post the actual domain they are trying to link to, and thereby makes it more expensive for the spammer as they would have to go a step farther by repeatedly creating new domains, and as the module advances, new websites.
