PrettyPhoto is a light-weight, customizable lightbox plugin for jQuery. This module allows for integration of prettyPhoto into Drupal.

This is a sandbox project which contains the Drupal 7 port of the Apache Solr Panels module

This is similar to Follow, which I didn't realize until I did further search on it.

A simple module that allows you to add your social network links and display linked icons in a block.

By default, this module includes:

• Facebook
• Twitter
• LinkedIn
• Youtube

If you wish to add/edit/remove the icons, it can be done through the administration interface.

This module is an extension of Drupal Commerce that provides a display formatter for the Commerce Price field which shows the amount of savings when a discount is applied.

Features

This module provides the ability to bypass content permissions for specific nodes when accessed at a certain path. Nodes can be selected by entering NIDs in a comma delimited list at:
admin/settings/allow_node_view

Once enetered, the nodes will be displayed at
allow_node_access/[nid]
regardless of the user's permissions.

This could be useful in displaying, for example, an About page when creating a members only site.

Often people want to put something between the comments an the body or they want to put a block between the comment form and the comments. Or they just want to be able to sort by date ...Thats why this module was created.

What it does

Put comments and comment from in a block
OR
Put only comment form in a block and use a views block to display comments.

Quote plus is a suite of modules extending the core comment functions with a set of quoting capabilities you would expect primarily, but not only in forum systems as well as format filters to display custom formatted quotes. All extensions can be configured per node type/per filter format.
