Do you handle translations via po files and import them to Drupal ?
This module will help you to have reports on your po translations status.
Configure the folder where you keep your po files and then you can see all reports for each one of your po files.
Module for creating translatable render arrays which are translated at the time of rendering. This makes it easier to write unit tests using simpletest because the use of the t() function makes it necessary to use the web tests due to call to the database layer. The translatable render arrays is a workaround to delay the call to the database layer and instead juggle a data structure.

This modules uses the ip2country module for automatic country detection. It's add a Country language detection option at admin/config/regional/language/configure, which is used to redirect the user to the language of his country.

This module helps to create country specific Node's i.e. Node will be hidden for the selected countries, the module also has an option to invert its default behavior i.e. you can set the modules functionality to show nodes for selected countries only. It detects and gets User's country from Ip2Country information and based on this it shows/hides nodes.
