Path Management

Path Profiler is a practical proof of concept for illustrating how path management within drupal could work under different circumstances in the hopes of pushing forward a new initiative in D8 to re-architect how we think about and utilize paths and their output.

Path Profiler allows you to create various whitelists or blacklists of paths within drupal. Blacklisted path profiles will allow all paths to be created except for specified paths in the list. These will be unset(). Whitelisted path profile will ONLY CREATE MENU ITEMS YOU SPECIFY. Please use with care.

This module provides a small CTools plugin that allows you to set the breadcrumb in custom pages created by Page manager. You can use CTools replacement patterns to do this.

If replacement patterns result in a breadcrumb part being repeated (such as top-level term > current term), the duplicates are pruned.

A way to create blank pages. This is useful in situations were you want to have a landing page which displays only blocks.

I use it to create landing pages which use the Context Module block reactions for their content (as opposed to say Panels).

As it is built on Page Manager it is easily exportable.

Shorten Options adds the ability to create a short url for a content type on node creation with the ability to specify a custom url instead of an auto-generated url.

For example, creating site.com/donate will generate http://bit.ly/asklu23 or you can specify http://bit.ly/donate on node create. The module will check to make sure this url actually exists.

This module extends drupal to support http://www.cherokee-project.com/doc/modules_handlers_secdownload.html for private downloads. Urls generated for private ressources will expire after a certain time. The following transfer protocols are supported:

• Server (e.g. Cherokee)
• PHP
• X-Sendfile
• X-Accel-Redirect

In development, per #808980: Can't use redirect paths as menu items..

Purpose

This module adds a couple of admin reports to review the most common 404 errors on your site.

When a redirect module is available, these reports include the option of adding or updating a redirect for paths that have resulted in 404 errors in the past (thanks to benclark). For D6, this uses Path Redirect. For D7, this module was moved to Redirect.

This module provides a user interface to change the internal path/URI of entities. This is done by replacing path patterns with token values of the given entity.

The random_nids module allows you to replace your site's node nids with a random value of 7 digits in order
to make it impossible to keep track of the node amount.
