This module extend the search core module with form components to exclude content types for search indexing. Add a button for run indexing using Batch API.

Advantages :
When we have views which depends on Search functionality , the search_index tables has all the nodes which are indexed and the view rendering take longs , especially with exposed filters , and the chances of time out are higher .
