Yandex.Metrics Goals for Webforms.
Enable module and set Yandex.Metica ID on page admin/config/search/ytarget

This module provides a filter that converts predefined keywords into links. The keywords and links are defined via a custom administration panel.

This module is useful to apply 301 redirection. It helps to apply below solutions as per SEO recommendations.

1. Remove Trailing Slash from all URLs.

2. Convert URL to lower case as per convenience. Refer attached screenshot on how to skip some required URLs to not convert in lowercase.

3. Remove index.php from home page URL.

https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663744. It will work only with ?page parameter that has integer value, it means if you use views then Pager ID should be equal 0 (by default).
