Mongosync is a project that allows a Drupal instance to easily send entitys of a specified type and bundle to a configurable MongoDB collection.
This is mostly an extension module for Feeds and Feeds Tamper. To my understanding, it works in the exact opposite way of Synonyms. Instead of accepting and incorporating synonyms, it tries to exterminate them.
The main reason I created this module and probably its better use case is importing data through Feeds and Feeds Tamper.
If you enable Open Graph meta information importer module then you will able to import Open Graph meta information into your content on node add/edit page easily. (Like Facebook do when you write a new post which contains a link.)
This module made for personal purposes but I think it has lots of potentials and maybe it will be useful for other people as well. (I'm also interested in make it better by the Community.)
This project is an addition to the Most Popular module. The Most Popular RSS module simply creates RSS feeds for lists of content produced by the Most Popular module.

The easy signup module allows users (registered and not registered) to sign up for content types and to be notified when content is added or updated.
The admin has the ability to choose content types that will be exposed to the visitors.
In the notification email, the are two links to unsubscribe or to update content types that the current user is signed up to.
This module allows to post to Linked groups directly from Drupal.
