Tag sphere provides integration with jQuery plug-in Tag Sphere to create vocabulary blocks with rotating terms.
There is a module called Cumulus which is already available in drupal.org.
This module improves seamlessly the UX for taxonomy tags input fields.
No 3rd party JS libraries are required, as it works out of the box with jQ version shipped with Drupal.
If JS is enabled, the input of tags will look nicer, as tags are now separated from the actual input form once they are validated by triggers (coma, enter, tab keys).
Removing these tags is also nicer, as you can hit backspace or use the corresponding "x".
Provide a proper views integration for taxonomy entity index.
Flexicloud is a tag cloud module that allows you to create flexible tag clouds from any source (not just from taxonomies). It also features an API for defining new tag cloud sources, and programmable weighting algorithms.
