The CSS options module enables theme developers to easily expose some options around the included CSS within the site via the theme settings form.
This module does the housekeeping for managing the inclusion of conditional CSS within the site so the theme developer can focus on design.
UPDATE: (April 3, 2016) Many of the recent patches have been rolled into the dev release. It should be significantly more stable than 1.1 has been. I will be putting this updated version to use myself on a few sites to ensure it works as expected.

Alternative Templates makes it possible to add and use alternative template files for individual nodes.
How to use Alternative Templates:
This module provides an easy method to clean up the module list and make it easier to search through. When enabled, this module will hide the module dependency information (for example the "Depends on:" or "Required by:" fields) for each module when viewing the module list. It also provides two radio buttons to show/hide the dependency information if you do need to see it without even needing to reload the page.
If you've ever been annoyed when searching through the module list because you have sift through all of the dependency entries before finally reaching the module, then this module is the ideal solution.
You must have JavaScript installed in order to hide module dependency information. If JavaScript is disabled, the module list will simply render normally.
Store and edit scripts (CSS and JS) via the Drupal interface. Files are then written to the file system and can also be placed on pages based on it's URL (as per Blocks)

Scrolling Titlebar Text module is a simple Lightweight module which make the Browser's Title bar text to Scroll or Marquee (Text Effect). Scrolling Titlebar Text is the essential module for most of the websites for its Title Bar Text effect which grabs website visitor's attention.
Scrolling Titlebar uses a small custom JavaScript Function.

Code per Views Display (CPV) creates a display extender plugin for Views that allows Views administrators the ability to add custom CSS and Javascript into any display. The CSS and JS code is stored in the display and served as as either inline code or from a file.
CPV is intended for use by Views (i.e. site) administrators.
