Normally the image derivates get created on request. But what if you want to display informations on presets, without displaying them. Like a download link with an info on size, resolution...then the image must already exist.

A Bonus Menu is a stand alone menu block used to display external links (such as a company or institution's blog system). Bonus Menus allows site builders and maintainers to keep their internal and external menu systems separate.
