At the moment oAuth2 Connect allows you to authenticate with different 3rd party oAuth2 providers and maintains association between drupal uid and provider uid.

It's currently available for Drupal 6 only.

The Rules module allows mail to be sent to users based on their role.
Allowing the users to select which of the approved roles they want the users can determine which mail items they will receive.
The Administrator can, in the module configuration, select which roles the user can add or remove from their profile.
A block is provided that allows the user to select the roles from a list of approved roles.

Extends submenutree to provide a context condition

This will let you trigger reactions (such as showing nav blocks)
depending on if the submenu trees are already doing the job or not.

When making a new context, options such as 'Submenutree is enabled' or
'Submenutree is disabled' will be available as new conditions.
