Let's a underprivileged user create and manage their own redirects.
Instead of granting a user administer redirect, grant them this module's permission and they will be able to create and edit their own redirects at user/uid/redirect

The Orders Refill allows a user to re-order the products that they bought on their last order. It adds a tab ("Order Refill") to the /user page.
If the user has made a previous purchase on the site it will display the products purchased and an option to re-order, this will place all the products from their last order in their shopping cart and they can then continue with the checkout process.
